🖥 Windows (PC)
Press the Print Screen key (often labeled PrtScn or Print).
Open an image editor like Paint.
Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot, or use Edit > Paste from the menu.
Save the image to your computer.
⚠️ Please do not crop or edit the image—support may need to see the full game screen for troubleshooting.
🍏 Mac (Apple)
Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 3.
The full screenshot will be automatically saved to your Desktop.
Make sure to upload or attach the full image when contacting support.
