To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players, Big Farm uses a language filter that automatically screens private messages for inappropriate content.
🛡 Why was my message blocked?
There are a few reasons your message might have been rejected:
Inappropriate Language Detected
The system filters out profanity or offensive terms to protect players—especially younger ones.
Even harmless words may be mistakenly flagged if they contain filtered text within them (e.g., “class” may be flagged because it includes a banned word).
Email Addresses and Links
Including email addresses, URLs, or external links in your message will automatically trigger the filter and prevent it from being sent.
False Positives (False Flags)
Some messages are incorrectly flagged due to the filter being overly cautious.
We are constantly improving the system and adding exceptions for innocent words that get caught by mistake.
✏️ What Can I Do?
Rephrase your message or try different wording.
Avoid using symbols, email addresses, or website links.
Look for any part of your message that might contain a flagged word—even within another word—and reword it slightly.
