Submit a request to our Support Team.
When you receive the automated confirmation email (ticket notice), reply to it directly from the email address currently registered to your Big Farm account.
In your reply, include the following:
Your in-game account name
The game server you're playing on (e.g.,
US1
,INT1
)The new email address you want to use
✅ This reply serves as proof that you're the account owner, allowing us to verify and safely update your account information.

Do not attempt to change the email via in-game settings—email updates must go through support.
If you no longer have access to the registered email, please contact support and be ready to answer additional verification questions to prove account ownership.
