If you made a purchase through Google Play, there are a few ways to view your order history and details:
📱 1. Using the Google Play Store App
Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
Tap the menu icon (☰) or your profile picture in the top-right.
Select "Payments & Subscriptions" > "Budget & history" or "Purchase history."
Scroll to view your past orders.
⚠️ Note: This method does not show the transaction ID, which is sometimes required by our support team for payment issues.
📧 2. In Your Email Inbox
After completing a Google Play purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the email address linked to your Google account.
This email contains:
Purchase details
Your transaction ID (a long number starting with
GPA)
Please keep this email, especially if you need to contact support.
🌐 3. On the Google Payments Website
Visit: https://payments.google.com
Log in using your Google account.
Click on “Other purchase activity”.
Choose “View purchases” to see your full payment history.
This method also provides access to transaction IDs and receipts.
