Buying gold is quick and simple! Follow these steps:
💰 1. Open the Gold Shop
Log in to your Big Farm account.
At the top of the screen, find and click the gold icon near your account information and current gold balance.
🛒 2. Choose a Package and Payment Option
You’ll be taken to the Gold Store, where you can view available gold packages.
Select the package that suits you best.
Choose your preferred payment method and click “Checkout.”
⚠️ Some gold packages may not be available for all payment methods.
These will appear greyed out and cannot be selected with that payment option.
✅ 3. Complete Your Purchase
You’ll be redirected to your chosen payment provider.
Enter your payment details and confirm your purchase.
After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us and possibly from your payment provider as well.
🔎 Understanding Gold Package Discounts
You may see percentages highlighted in red on some packages—here’s what they mean:
These percentages represent how much you save compared to buying the smallest gold package multiple times to reach the same amount.
They do not represent bonus gold.
The amount of gold shown in the package is exactly what you will receive.
