- Check our Help Centre or Social Media: If we’re experiencing server issues, we’ll let you know through our official channels.
- Switch Connection Types: If you're using WiFi, try switching to mobile data or a wired Ethernet connection. Likewise, if you’re on mobile data, switching to WiFi can help resolve the issue. Sometimes network providers or specific types of connections cause issues.
- Improve your WiFi signal: Ensure you’re close to your router and that there’s nothing blocking the signal between your device and the router.
- Contact your ISP: If your internet connection is still unstable, reach out to your internet service provider to check for any service disruptions.
